AI for MSPs & IT service providers
Digital coworkers for MSPs, built inside a working MSP.
Our first coworkers were built for a managed service provider’s own service desk, projects team, and account managers. They work in the PSA, RMM, and documentation platforms your techs already live in.
The work that quietly eats your week.
Triage eats your best mornings
Senior techs spend the first hour of every day classifying, routing, and chasing missing details instead of fixing things.
PMs drown in follow-up
Building plans from scopes and chasing stale tasks crowds out actual project management. Missed dates surface late.
QBRs take days to assemble
Account reviews, roadmaps, and renewal prep mean pulling data from four systems by hand, for every client, every quarter.
Signals get lost in tickets
A frustrated reply or a five-ticket outage pattern hides in the queue until a client calls the owner.
Jobs a digital coworker can own.
- 01
Service desk triage
Identifies the user and device, classifies, routes, asks clarifying questions, and escalates security events in minutes.
- 02
Project management
Turns signed scopes into staffed, scheduled PSA projects, then chases tasks to done and validates closeout.
- 03
QBR & alignment decks
Builds quarterly decks, check-in reports, and lifecycle roadmaps from PSA and RMM evidence on your template.
- 04
Quotes & SOWs
Researches hardware replacements and drafts statements of work for your account managers to approve.
- 05
Contracts & billing
Reconciles contracts, invoices, and deployed assets, and alerts the account manager when prepaid hours cross a threshold.
- 06
Ticket governance
Finds stale, overdue, and at-risk tickets and starts targeted, non-punitive follow-up.
The coworker does the legwork. Your people make the calls.
The coworker handles
- Reading tickets, history, and device records
- Drafting plans, notes, decks, and quotes
- Routine follow-ups and internal heads-ups
- Verifying that every write actually landed
Your team handles
- Approving plans, prices, and commitments
- Customer relationships and hard conversations
- Remediation on client systems
- Deciding what the coworker is allowed to do
Anything consequential or irreversible (money, commitments, customer-facing promises) waits for a person. You decide where those lines are, and the coworker’s permissions are cut to match.

HaloPSA, N-central, IT Glue, Microsoft 365, CIPP, Huntress, and Teams connectors are already built and running. For other PSAs and RMMs, we build the connector during your engagement.

Common questions, answered.
Do you work with HaloPSA?
Yes. HaloPSA is where our coworkers work today, with role-scoped access for triage, project management, and account management. Each role sees only the tools it needs, and the server enforces it.
We use ConnectWise or Autotask. Can you still help?
Yes. The platform is PSA-agnostic: the memory, guardrails, scheduling, and messaging are the same. We build and test a role-scoped connector for your PSA as part of the engagement.
Can we offer digital coworkers to our own clients?
That’s a natural next step for many MSPs. Each deployment is isolated per customer, with its own workstation, memory, credentials, and firewall rules. Let’s talk about a partner model.
Will it touch client endpoints?
Not unless you design it to. Our coworkers read device data for context. Remediation stays with your technicians unless you explicitly approve a narrowly scoped action.
Next step
Pick one job your team repeats.
We’ll sit down with the people who do it, map the steps, and put a number on the time. If a digital coworker is the right tool, you’ll know what it would return before you commit. If it isn’t, we’ll say so.
