AI for healthcare & dental practices

Give your front office back the hours that paperwork takes.

Back-office coworkers for referral follow-up, schedule gaps, claim worklists, and the shared inbox. They’re deployable entirely inside infrastructure you control, so patient data stays in your environment.

§ 01Where the hours go

The work that quietly eats your week.

  • Referral black holes

Referrals arrive by fax, portal, and email, and some never get scheduled.

  • Denial backlogs

Claim denials pile up faster than staff can work them, and aging revenue goes uncollected.

  • Empty chairs

Cancellations leave gaps nobody has time to fill from the waitlist.

  • Inbox overload

Front-desk staff juggle patients in person and a never-ending shared inbox.

§ 02What it takes on

Jobs a digital coworker can own.

Each of these is a defined job with inputs, steps, approvals, and a verified result. Start with one, and add more once it’s earning its keep.
  1. 01

    Referral follow-through

Tracks every referral from receipt to scheduled visit and nudges staff about the ones stalling.

  2. 02

    Denial worklists

Groups denials by reason, gathers what each appeal needs, and preps the worklist for billing staff.

  3. 03

    Schedule backfill

Spots open slots and drafts outreach to waitlisted patients for staff to approve.

  4. 04

    Shared inbox triage

Sorts the inbox, drafts replies to routine questions, and routes the rest to the right person.

  5. 05

    Prior-auth prep

Assembles the documentation a prior authorization needs so staff can submit it faster.

  6. 06

    Operational reporting

Delivers weekly no-show, referral, and A/R reports to practice managers.

§ 03Who does what

The coworker does the legwork. Your people make the calls.

The coworker handles

  • Tracking and worklists
  • Drafting routine replies
  • Assembling documentation
  • Operational reports

Your team handles

  • Clinical decisions
  • Patient conversations
  • Claim submissions and appeals
  • Compliance program ownership

Anything consequential or irreversible (money, commitments, customer-facing promises) waits for a person. You decide where those lines are, and the coworker’s permissions are cut to match.

§ 04Your systems

It works in the software you already run.

  • Dentrix
  • Open Dental
  • Eaglesoft
  • athenahealth
  • eClinicalWorks
  • Payer portals
  • Microsoft 365

If your system has an API, we connect to it. If it only has a web interface your team uses, we can usually turn those steps into a tested tool. Either way, the coworker gets only the access its job needs.

§ 06Private by design

Sensitive data stays where it belongs.

Every coworker runs in its own isolated workstation with deny-first networking. Models are open-weight by default, served on your hardware or by zero-data-retention providers. Everything we build is yours to keep.
How we keep it private
§ 07FAQ

Common questions, answered.

Is this HIPAA compliant?

Compliance belongs to your program, and we design deployments to fit it. Coworkers can run entirely on infrastructure you control, with deny-by-default networking, least-privilege access, and full audit trails. We don’t claim certifications we don’t hold.

Will it make clinical decisions?

Never. It handles administrative work: tracking, drafting, assembling documentation, and reporting. Clinical judgment stays with your clinicians.

Can it run without sending data to the cloud?

Yes. The models, memory, and the coworker’s workstation can all run on hardware you own. We’ll size the right setup during discovery.

Next step

Pick one job your team repeats.

We’ll sit down with the people who do it, map the steps, and put a number on the time. If a digital coworker is the right tool, you’ll know what it would return before you commit. If it isn’t, we’ll say so.
