AI for property management & real estate
Every maintenance request triaged, dispatched, and closed out.
Coworkers that work the maintenance queue, coordinate vendors, keep tenants informed, and track renewals. They do it inside the property management platform your team already uses.
The work that quietly eats your week.
Maintenance chaos
Requests arrive through the portal, by phone, and by email, often vague, and the urgent ones get buried.
Vendor coordination
Scheduling, confirming, and following up with vendors eats a manager’s day.
Tenant updates
Residents want to know when the plumber is coming, and nobody has time to tell them.
Renewal timing
Lease renewals and notices slip through when portfolios grow faster than staff.

If your system has an API, we connect to it. If it only has a web interface your team uses, we can usually turn those steps into a tested tool. Either way, the coworker gets only the access its job needs.

Common questions, answered.
Can it tell a real emergency from a routine request?
Yes. Emergency rules come first: water, gas, no heat, and security issues. It also escalates any request it can’t classify confidently, and you define the categories.
Will it approve vendor spending?
Only within limits you set. Anything above a threshold goes to a person for approval.
Does it work with AppFolio or Buildium?
We build a connector for your platform during the engagement. Where there’s no API, we can often build tools from how your team uses the web interface.

We’ll sit down with the people who do it, map the steps, and put a number on the time. If a digital coworker is the right tool, you’ll know what it would return before you commit. If it isn’t, we’ll say so.
